At RETAIL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to make returns and refunds as easy as possible.


✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags are still attached

You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


❌ Items That Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

Items marked Final Sale

Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

Used, damaged, or washed items

Returns requested after 30 days


🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We’ll process your refund to the original payment method

It may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete

Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable


🚚 How to Return an Item

. Item(s) you’d like to return

. Reason for the return

. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

. Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

Email us at sales@rtaltech.us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We’ll arrange a free return or replacement at no cost to you
